This major transaction is a key milestone for CMGP Group, enabling it to significantly strengthen its position in crop protection, fertilizers, and water treatment, while expanding its portfolio with complementary solutions offering strong potential. With revenues of nearly MAD 500 million, the integration of CPCM represents an important lever for accelerating the group’s growth and consolidating an integrated, resilient, and multi-sector model.

This transaction opens up new opportunities to develop industrial and commercial synergies, while strengthening our ability to offer innovative and sustainable solutions to our customers. It also illustrates our desire to consolidate our role as a trusted partner, committed to the modernization and transformation of the agricultural sector.

The completion of the transaction remains subject to the usual conditions, including obtaining approval from the Competition Council.
